Hey Lisa and Jackie,
As I’m sure you know by now, how thrilled I would be to let my creative juices flow and contribute to Internal Comms. While Real Talk Candles is cheeky and fun, many of my clients would hire me to create connections among employees. The number one thing I heard was that employees felt like a number. Gifts were great, but most of the time, they broke..lol (not mine, but I digress.) And they wanted to feel like the events they attended added value. Not when they could be watch a great Netflix movie.
When Leaders took the time to talk and really listen, performance went up. And I’d love to share my skills however you need me.
